Canada Post has received strike notices from the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), indicating that strike activity may begin as early as Friday, May 23, 2025 at 12:00 AM—unless a resolution is reached before then.
While operations currently remain unaffected, we understand how disruptive last year’s strike was and want to reassure you that we’re taking proactive steps to keep your DuoGen orders moving smoothly.
Here’s how we’re preparing:
We’ve transitioned all orders to UPS (Standard and Express)
We’re actively monitoring updates from our shipping partners
Our website and customer support channels are being updated in real time
What this means for your order:
PO Boxes: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If your address includes one, we may contact you to update it
Remote Areas: Some remote postcodes may experience limited service
Territories: Shipping is unavailable in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon (postal codes starting with X or Y)
If your order is affected by any service limitations, our team will reach out to you directly via email.
Have questions or need help? We’re here for you. Just email us at hello@duogenskin.ca.
We’ll continue to keep this page updated as the situation develops. Thank you for your patience and support.
