Canada Post Strike: Shipping Updates

A potential Canada Post strike may begin as early as May 22, 2025. While an official strike has not yet been confirmed, negotiations between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) are ongoing, and a resolution before the agreement expiry remains uncertain.

We know how disruptive last year’s strike was and want to reassure you that we're taking proactive steps to keep your DuoGen orders moving smoothly.

Here’s how we’re preparing:

• Monitoring daily updates through our shipping partners
• Reviewing alternative couriers for affected areas (including UPS)
• Updating our website and customer support channels in real time

What this means for your order:

• Orders placed before May 22: We don’t anticipate delays, but we’re closely monitoring all updates.
• Orders placed after May 22: These may be rerouted through alternate couriers if needed. If your order is affected, we’ll notify you via email.
