Winter Shipping Notice

To help protect orders containing Hyaluronic Acid Serum during winter temperatures, we now offer an optional signature-required delivery upgrade.

In extremely cold conditions, liquids can freeze during transit. If a parcel is left outdoors after delivery, freezing temperatures may cause the bottle to freeze and break.

Shipping Options

• Canada Post – Signature Required (+$3)
Held at the depot if delivery is missed, helping to prevent exposure to freezing temperatures.

• UPS – Standard Delivery
Our standard shipping option. Parcels may be left unattended after delivery.

If UPS delivery is selected, the order is shipped at the customer’s discretion. We’re unable to replace or refund items that freeze or are damaged due to cold-weather exposure once delivered.

Selecting Canada Post signature-required delivery is strongly recommended during periods of below-zero temperatures to help ensure safe arrival.
